CEMENTIS is a new Regional Group supplying cement, and related products, throughout the Indian Ocean Islands of Mauritius, Reunion, Mayotte, and Comoros.

Our ambition is to lead the way in building a prosperous and ecologically responsible future for ourselves and the next generation whilst serving the largest construction companies to individual craftsmen with pride and commitment through the intelligent application of our products.

Heba Capdevila-Jangeerkhan – CEO of CEMENTIS MAURITIUS

I am also the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the CEMENTIS Group. I studied in the UK for both my undergraduate and master’s degrees. I have 30 years of professional and international experience in business, including manufacturing, sales and marketing, human resources, strategy, and development, in both private and public sector organisations. I speak 5 languages, and had the amazing opportunity to live in and work in Europe, UK, the Middle East and South America, before settling in Mauritius in 1995.

My professional industry experience includes Textile, Retail, BPO Industries, Manufacturing, Marine Activities, Logistics & Distribution, amongst others. I have made Mauritius my home for now 26 years. I strongly believe in the potential of regional economic development through partnerships and engaging in initiatives which will encourage a better understanding between the islands of their local realities, culture and socio-political environment.

I am passionate about bringing my bit to the development of women and children through my engagement in Soroptimist International Port Louis as president (NGO) and the MIOD’s Women Directors Forum. I am a fellow member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors, I am a Council member of Mauritius export Association, and an Independent Board Director of Le Moulin de La Concorde.
